This Shipping Policy outlines how your SILKJA ESSENTIALS order is processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Processing and Shipment Confirmation
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update and become active.
Note: Processing times may be longer during peak sales or holiday periods.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your location and chosen method. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately with your order and tracking details so we can investigate with the carrier.
3. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. SILKJA ESSENTIALS is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you must contact us at support@silkja.com within 7 days of the expected or confirmed delivery date. We will work with the courier to file a claim and determine eligibility for a replacement or refund.
